Shipping/Returns

Thank you for checking out Overdrive K9!  Orders are normally processed within two (2) business days (Monday – Friday).  Please allow additional processing time for orders placed during Holidays/Sales.  We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase.  Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.

Shortages, Damages, or Wrong Item Shipped

All must be reported within 30 days of invoice for full credit, less shipping charges.

Return to stock items

All product returns must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition, clean and without signs of use within 30 days of invoice for full credit, less shipping charges.
If beyond 30 days from invoice, a 5% restocking charge may be accessed.
Product returned that is not in resalable condition or the packaging is damaged or missing, will not be eligible for credit.

Please email [email protected] to request a refund.  *Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.  Include with your return the original receipt along with a note stating the reason for your return.  *Overdrive K9 is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.  We recommend that you insure the item and use an option that is trackable.
